Lueciga offer logistics and delivery service based on the delivery address and contact information provided by the user, providing logistics tracking information in the order center.
UPS,FedEx,DHL and Yanwen (epackage) are the major partners who favor of our site.

If package ship from China by UPS and Yanwen, it often take 10-15days arrived, and tracking information will update when they land, so please be patience if the logistics information stagnent when they ship out, there have some time lag on logistics system, it's belong to normal situation.

USA Warehouse stock all ship by FedEx that cost 3-5days land depends on the distance of your address with our warehouse (CA & NJ), following the principle of proximity, we will ship package flexibly from USA warehouse.
When receiving the goods, users should carefully check whether there is any damage or loss to the product packaging and the product itself. Especially If there are package or products damaged when you receive, please record and update the box outside appearance to customer service in time. It's unavailable to responsible for any loss after package delivered 2-3 weeks.
User rights and obligations
Users have right for safeguarding your shopping right if there any broken and damage. Lueciga don't favor of 7 days no reason refund and return package. Users should comply with the provisions of the Site and shall not use the Site to engage in any illegal activities. If a user violates relevant regulations, the Site has the right to terminate service to the user and pursue its legal liability.
